At the start of the semester, Stern Energy Club hosted a panel of MBA2s who had interned in Energy related fields. They shared their experience and provided great guidance to MBA1s starting the internship search.

The Stern Energy Club sponsored five students to attend the National Finance Energy Challenge, that took place in Austin, TX, hosted by University of Texas Mcoombs Energy Club. The Stern team put together a financial valuation and powerpoint presentation presenting their case to a round of judges.

Ultra Light Startups held it's first Investor Feedback Forum for startups in the energy and cleantech field at NYU Stern. The event was an incredible opportunity to network with investors and energy and cleantech professionals. Shell's GameChanger group sponsored the event.

Energy club members from NYU Stern and from Columbia Business School got together for the first ever joint mixer event. At the event, students got a chance to expand their networks, discuss recruiting efforts, past work experiences, career goals, current events, and socialize.

We look forward to continuing this event in the future, and meeting up again next fall!

NYU Stern Energy Club arranged a night out, including alumni, part time, and full time students. The event was a great opportunity for both students and alumni to meet, learn about each other's backgrounds and interests, discuss current energy trends, talk about recruiting efforts, and just have a good time! And lets not forget $3 beers happy hour!

Stern Energy club hosted a joint knowledgement management session with the Social Enterprise Association (SEA) on the topic of clean energy. We'd like to thank the SEA for their partnership and we look forward to hosting more joint events in the future!

The Stern Energy Club ran its first event of the fall semester, an alumni panel discussion aimed at learning about the different career opportunities that exist in the Energy Industry.
