The Latin American Business Association (LABA) is a student organization with the mission of creating a liaison between Latin America and the Stern Community at an academic, corporate, and social level facilitating and promoting cultural and professional exchange!!

  • We represents over 400 current full- and part-time MBA students as well as over 300 Alumni located across the - world. As part of our activities, we help prepare native Latin American students and students interested in the area for global recruitment in a wide variety of industries, including Finance, Marketing, Consulting and Entrepreneurship.
  • LABA members are traditionally sought after for their intimate knowledge of the region as well as their native language skills. The LABA club provides an important venue for corporations to network with these students in ways that enhance traditional recruiting.
  • LABA also funtions as the main social community for all its members. Fostering Latin-American culture and social life throughout the Stern community. Just ask around about the LABA parties and you will get a sense of what we are all about!
