Fall Alumni Happy Hour (September 2012) - Members of the current club get together with alumni to catch up, meet alumni, and network with the Stern military veteran community.

Leveraging Your Military Experience During Job Recruiting (September - November 2012)  - During the fall, the MVC sponsors several educational events with our partners and key alumni to provide our current 1st year club members with specific ways to tackle the recruiting process from a Veterans perspective. 

Veterans Recruiting Day (September 27, 2012) - MVC members will spend the day will prospective veteran students talking about their experiences at Stern over a lunch and a reception that follows a day of classes. 

Tough Mudder 12 Mile Mud Run for Wounded Warrior Project (October 20, 2012) - The MVC will be entering a team in this grueling course and raising money through the Stern community, in conjunction with Veterans day Bar Blast, for the Wounded Warrior Project.

Military Vets Club hosts beer/bar blast (November 15, 2012) -On Veterans day, the club will host these events to bring awareness to Veterans day and conduct a fundraiser during bar blast to raise money for various Veteran's Charities to Include Team Red, White, and Blue and the Lead The Way Fund. Addiitonally, the NYU Stern Admissions Office will host a Veterans recruiting event for prospective students. This event will include a class visit, lunch with current Stern Vets, a meeting with Dean Henry, and a meeting with admissions reps.

Operation Holiday Express (December 2012) - The MVC successfully completed its first Operation Holiday Express in December 2009 by organizing a fundraiser within the Stern community and using proceeds to send create and send packages to soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan over the Holidays. This year's fundraiser will look to build on last year's success.
