TANG's goal is to provide members with :

• Networking opportunities with fellow students, alumni and industry leaders

• Educational opportunities about technology.

In general, TANG organizes several events each year. Among the most popular are :

• New York Tech Trek : TANG members visit the technology departments of Manhattan's most prestigious companies, as well as some of the hottest companies in Silicon Alley and the New York area.
• Bay Area Tech Trek : TANG Members visit the Bay Area to meet with CEOs and top managers of leading technology and media companies.
• Tang Talks : where the student body learns from itself : a series of panels by students, for students, on tech-related topics of importance and interest.
• Special Speakers : Hear from the CEOs and top managers who are at the forefront of the technology business.
• Alumni Events : Foster the creation of an extensive network of current students, alumni and recruiters who are passionate about technology and new media.
