When: Friday, April 10th, 2026 | 7:00 PM

Where: Williamsburg, Brooklyn

The wait is over, and the cellar is open.

Now that Lent has concluded, we’re hosting an evening dedicated to the finer things: exceptional wine, artisanal meats, and aged cheeses. We’ll be starting promptly at 7:00 PM. Expect a curated spread of charcuterie: from cheap prosciuttos to overpriced salamis...perfectly paired with a selection of our favorite vintages.

What to expect:

The Spread: A board of meats and cheeses to break the fast in style.

The Pour: We’ll be opening a few bottles we’ve been holding onto.

The Vibe: Good music, better company, and a long-overdue toast.

Please let us know if you can join us by April 3rd so we can ensure the cheese-to-human ratio is just right!
