EMSA Sundance Trek

Join us on a trip to the Sundance Film Festival!

Our current plan:

We'll leave for Utah on January 24th. We are going to arrange group accommodations near the festival (within a 15 minute drive of downtown Park City). We will leave on January 28th, the final day of the festival.

Attending the festival will be fairly unstructured, though we will provide information about fun things to attend throughout.

There are ticket packages and individual tickets available for purchase on the Sundance website, and we will keep everyone updated on other activities that don't require tickets.

Based on feedback from the survey sent around, we are also planning a meet-up with alumni in the area.

We're planning to stay a week (roughly the length of the festival), returning home the following weekend.

Total cost depends on the number of people that attend, but is currently estimated between $300-600 (not including airfare or food expenses). RSVP requires $250 deposit, due by November 10th and final payment will be due November 20th. Deposit is non-refundable.
