What is Peoplehood?
Peoplehood was created by the founders of SoulCycle to meet our need for social connection and strong relationships. In guided group conversations, called Gathers, individuals meet new people, take the rare time to hear themselves think and process life, gain perspective by hearing other people’s struggles and wins, and practice critical communication skills to improve their lives outside of Peoplehood.
WHAT TO EXPECT
During the Gather, a Peoplehood Guide will lead the group. There's fun music and thought-provoking prompts. It's an opportunity to pause and check-in with ourselves and each other
Gathers require everyone's participation — we'll close our eyes and breathe, as well as share and listen as a group and in breakout pairs. Peoplehood is a place where we practice active listening, share our stories, find perspective and develop empathy.

- The below Guidelines create a space for us to share personal experiences with one another in a meaningful way.
- Confidentiality is a promise we make to each other.
- We listen to learn, unlearn & understand.
- Everyone belongs here.
- We respect beyond differences.
- No interrupting. We leave all advice & opinions at the door.
There is a small $5 to cover food for the event!
