If you describe what a Langone MBA student does in a week, you’ll find most people impressed: homework on the weekends, team calls at 9pm after a long day of work to align on a group project, rushing on to campus from the office.

While many make it look effortless - balancing a full-time job, part-time school, and trying to maintain a social life, family life, relationships, and a one's health and wellness - a lot more goes on beneath the surface.

LSG’s IDBE Vertical and Enable Stern, Stern’s mental health and disability affinity group, invite all Langoners to an intimate - and honest - discussion about “Balancing it All” while completing the part-time MBA. Mariam Ayvazyan, licensed psychotherapist, certified executive coach, and graduate of the Langone Stern MBA ('22), will facilitate a panel and Q&A among a diverse group of part-timers about their journeys and habits in mental health and wellness while in the program.

In the last 15 minutes, Dr. Yam, Stern's licensed clinical psychologist, will share about NYU mental health and wellness resources offered to students.

Please note: this event will only be in-person and not recorded to facilitate a safe and honest conversation among attendees.
