H&M believes that the people making their products should earn a fair living wage, which both satisfies the basic needs of workers and their families and provides some discretionary income. Join us as we host Cecilia Tiblad Berntsson and Linda Ingolfsdottir, Social Sustainability Managers, to discuss how H&M has been integrating living wages into its business model and the roadmap they have developed to reach their goals.

The Executive-in-Residence series is sponsored by the NYU Stern Center for Business and Human Rights. The series brings in executives from leading companies that are committed to strengthening human rights and caring for the communities in which they operate around the world.
