Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and developed by Rabina, 520 Fifth Avenue is a mixed-use development rising in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Located at the corner of Fifth Avenue and 43rd Street, the project consists of a 76-story supertall tower that will feature a mix of residential, commercial, and amenity spaces.
The building will include 100 luxury condominium residences, approximately 98,000 square feet of commercial office space, and a dedicated ground-floor retail component. Residents will have access to a suite of high-end amenities, as well as private and shared outdoor spaces, including multiple landscaped terraces and sky lounges offering panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline.
