The Waldorf Astoria, an Art Deco masterpiece originally completed in 1931, is undergoing a significant restoration led by SOM. This project includes the creation of 375 luxury condominiums, known as The Towers of the Waldorf Astoria, designed by internationally acclaimed designer Jean-Louis Deniot.
