Christine Hurtubise serves as Head of Data Science at STASH, one of the fastest growing investing apps in the U.S. and  financial services platform helping millions of Americans save for their futures. Prior, at OnDeck, Christine was led a team of data scientists focused on risk assessment, overseeing line of credit and existing customer strategies to optimize retention and reduce losses. She began her career at SunGuard Financial Systems and earned her Bachelor's Degree at The University of Pennsylvania, Magna Cum Laude.

Jake Peters is the CEO & Co-Founder of PayPerks.  PayPerks operates an education, engagement, and behavior change SaaS platform for financial institutions and government clients to improve the financial capability, health and well-being of low- and moderate-income consumers through a combination of visual education, gamification and sweepstakes based rewards. The solutions help drive awareness, engagement, behavior optimization, customer self-service, loyalty, and profitability for our partners while also improving financial and nutritional capability.  Over 1 million consumers have used PayPerks and consumed over 13 million educational modules.



Prior to PayPerks, Jake was the CTO of an air taxi operator in the UK.  Prior to that he was a consultant for many years advising Fortune 100 clients on omni-channel retail strategy, data-driven decision making, supply chain optimization and other projects at the intersection of technology, operations and strategy.  Jake is a graduate of the Fisher Management & Technology program at the University of Pennsylvania where he earned a BSE in Computer Science and a BS in Economics from The Wharton School of Business.
