Fosun Group

Harvey Fine is a Managing Director - Global Investments & Strategies for Fosun Group and opened FosunÔÇÖs first international office in New York. He is also a Managing Director of the China Momentum Fund, a $1 billion private equity fund, and the Pramerica-Fosun China Opportunity Fund, a $600M private equity fund where Prudential Financial is the sole LP. In these roles, Mr. Fine invests on behalf of FosunÔÇÖs balance sheet, third-party funds, and insurance assets in global companies that have China growth potential, using FosunÔÇÖs existing operations in China to accelerate invested companiesÔÇÖ development in the China market. Prior to joining Fosun in 2010, Mr. Fine served as Managing Director for Galileo Global Advisors, where he sourced, managed and executed cross-border and emerging market M&A transactions and investments and led the firmÔÇÖs China practice. Previously he worked for a multi-family office, as a Principal for private equity investments, investing in middle-market consumer product companies.

Mr. Fine holds a Masters degree in International Finance with emphasis on Emerging Markets from Columbia University, where he was a Research Assistant for Nobel Laureate Professor Joseph Stiglitz, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Xin He handles a wide range of communication and strategy utilization between Wanda Group and AMC, which is the second-largest movie theater chain founded in 1920. He had actively promoted the acquisition and transition in 2012, and the IPO in 2013. Mr. Xin He, has been Deputy Chief Financial Officer at AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. and AMC Entertainment Inc., since August 2012. Mr. He has been Deputy General Manager of the financial department of Wanda Group since May 2012. He served as Financial Controller of Xinyuan Real Estate Co., from December 2010 to May 2012. He served as Chief Financial Officer of China Transportation International Holdings Group Limited from September 2009 to November 2010 and its Treasurer from April 2010 to May 25, 2011. He served as Chief Financial Officer and a Treasurer at China Ding Cheng Science Holdings Co., LTD. From August 2009 to December 2010, Mr. He served as Chief Financial Officer of China International Transportation Holding Group, a shipping and logistics company. Mr. He served as an auditor for Ernst & Young LLP in New York City from September 2008 to April 2009. From May 2002 to August 2008, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Chinatex America Holding Corp. at New York. He served as Financial Manager of Chinatex Corporation from 1997 to 2008 and Accounting Manager of China Aeronautic Architecture Company from 1993 to 1997. He has been the Chairman of China Transportation International's operating affiliate, Yiyang Group, since August 2009. He has been an Independent Director of Energy Focus, Inc. since July 15, 2014.

Dr. Xuening Qian is curruntly a Visiting Scholar in Economics Department of Columbia University, approved by the Ford Foundation. He is also the Deputy Secretary of Lujiazui Institute in Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Academic Secretary of Chinese Chief Economist Forum and the General Secretary of Chinese Banker Forum. His research covers many fields of macroeconomics, including Monetary Policy, International Capital flow, International Monetary System & Financial Strategy of Chinese Development. He has published many academic articles and was the co-author of several research books and reports. He once was the chief writer of General Analytical Report of the proposals and Responses of the Eleventh National People's Congress (the NPC Standing Committee, 2012). He is also keynote speaker and panelist of TCFA and CAST, as well as of many economics forums in China. He holds a Ph.D. in Econimics from CASS.

James Hahn is Co-founder of Asia Alpha Alternative Assets, a Family Office & investor in global private equity growth opportunities with offices in Seoul and New York.
James began his Wall Street career as a UBS Corporate Intern in 1986, and in 1992, he managed one of AsiaÔÇÖs first multi-strategy hedge funds based in Hong Kong. James is a Limited Partner investor in alternative asset funds including Event Driven Hedge, Global Distressed Debt, European buyout, and Israel funds: Israel Internet Of Things Venture Capital, Israel Life Science Venture Capital, and Israel Medical Device Venture Capital Fund.


James serves on the Wharton Undergraduate Board, the DeanÔÇÖs Council of Harvard UniversityÔÇÖs John F. Kennedy School, the NYU PresidentÔÇÖs Global Council, the Advisory Board of Israel Internet of Things Fund, and the United NationÔÇÖs Global Compact. James is an avid collector of contemporary art, and divides his time between New York, Hong Kong, and Tel Aviv.

James is married to Lisa Yoo Hahn, Esq, NYU LAW 1989 and member of the NYU Board of Trustees.
