On October 13th, Stern Adventures will host its first inaugural BBBT — that's shorthand for Brooklyn Brewery Bike Tour. Two expert guides will lead you on a 10 mile bike ride through Brooklyn, stopping at 4 breweries plus a lunch spot.

We'll meet at Brooklyn Brewery in Williamsburg at 11am. From there, we'll head south through. You can see the planned itinerary here: [https://goo.gl/maps/sYxJuC1UD8A2](https://goo.gl/maps/sYxJuC1UD8A2). We expect to wrap up around 5pm. You may join the tour late or leave early.

We plan to stop at Brooklyn Brewery, Grimm Ales, Berg'n (lunch), Three's Brewing, and Other Half. We'll finish the day near Gowanus. From there, you're on your own. [Note that we reserve the right to change the itinerary as needed]

Your $10 ticket gets you one of 25 coveted spots on the tour, the expertise and wisdom of your talented guides, our official tasting notes, and two (2) beers on Adventure Club's tab at the breweries of our choosing.

Bikes: You are responsible for providing a bike. You may either bring your own bike or use a CitiBike. The exact route will be designed to stop at CitiBike locations close to each brewery.

Your guides: Your tour will be led by highly qualified bike/beer tour guides Will and Jorge. Jorge is a Level 12 Beer Sommelier; he can discern between a Double IPA and a Busch Light by scent alone. Will is an avid CitiBiker, but was recently banned from the CitiBike program after testing positive for performance enhancing drugs.

Clothing: You'll be be biking between 8-10 miles, so activewear is recommended; athleisure is preferred.

Safety: This is really important. We'll be biking 8-10 miles on city streets while enjoying a few beers. We recommend you wear a helmet. We require that you use common sense: obey traffic signals, bike responsibly, and do not drink an amount that inhibits your ability to bike safely. You are responsible for your own safety. If we observe that you've had too much to drink and cannot bike safely, we will put you in an Uber.

Weather contingency: in the event of inclement weather than prevents us from biking, we will  follow the same itinerary but ditch the bikes. We'll share Ubers to each brewery.
