Professionals representing the solar, wind, demand response, energy storage, and energy efficiency industries will discuss their companies and the dynamic markets in which they operate. Mike joined EverPower in 2008 after business school and close to ten years in public accounting, most of that time with KPMG in Zurich and London. He worked on M&A advisory, exchange listings for non-U.S. companies, and audit engagements for large multi-national corporations. As the Director of Finance at EverPower, Mike is responsible for creating and executing project financing solutions, leading the due diligence and structuring of M&A transactions, assessing the financial feasibility of the wind projects under development, and overseeing the treasury and cash management functions. He is a CPA and graduated from the University of Connecticut and Carnegie Mellon UniversityÔÇÖs Tepper School of Business.

Dave is an Engagement Manager at Opower where he manages the relationship with a dozen Opower clients, primarily in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Prior to Opower, Dave led business development and sales operations for Waypoint Building Group, a software company focused on commercial building data analytics. He has also served as a Principal in Pacific Gas and ElectricÔÇÖs energy innovation group, managing a $150 million technology portfolio. He has an MBA from UC BerkeleyÔÇÖs Haas School of Business, an MS in Environmental Policy from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Social Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.

Philippe joined Eos as Vice President of Business Development after 5 years of in-depth experience leading emerging technology and regulatory initiatives within the utility energy industry. While working previously within Southern California EdisonÔÇÖs Advanced Technology Organization, Philippe co-authored SCEÔÇÖs Smart Grid Deployment Plan and managed a $3 million portfolio of diversified R&D and technology evaluation projects. Philippe also lead keystone projects within the arenas of Advanced Technology, Demand Response and Regulatory Policy & AffairsÔÇöincluding proposal and implementation of customer demand response programs leveraging newly implemented smart metering and home area network technology platforms. Philippe previously worked as a research analyst for E SourceÔÇöan energy research and consulting firmÔÇô where he specialized in demand-side management programs, smart grid technologies, and corporate greenhouse gas consulting. Philippe brings an interdisciplinary background in chemistry and environmental sciences and graduated with a B.A. from Pomona College.

Sean is responsible for working with the world's largest commercial, industrial, and institutional energy users to unlock the value of energy management. Before joining EnerNOC, Sean founded Independent Solar, a firm dedicated to enabling solar PV projects throughout the Northeast through a set of vertically integrated services provided a la carte on a project by project basis. Prior to Independent Solar, Sean was CTO of GreenFunnel, a consumer facing home energy management technology company that empowers homeowners with appliance level energy consumption information. Sean's professional career began in the semiconductor industry with Intersil (ISIL), a high performance analog and power management company, where he served in roles including Field Applications Engineer and District Sales Manager. Sean has served as an expert technology witness in a dispute involving wireless lighting control and smart-grid systems, and also provides high tech market analysis to technology and investment firms.

Sean holds an M.B.A. with specialization in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and social impact and innovation from the NYU Stern School of Business, a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Penn State, and was a member of the first Engineering Entrepreneurship Minor class at Penn State.
