Wall Street to the Founder’s Seat: Building Businesses That Actually Work
An intimate discussion exploring how to navigate the messy middle of growth, make smart pivots, and focus on the work that moves a business and ideas forward.

Selected students will join Dallas on campus for an opportunity to ask questions and gain insights on the idea that they are working on.


Dallas has bridged both Wall Street and Main Street and as an NYU Stern alum she is excited to contribute to the next generation of business leaders through ESA.

After more than a decade in institutional finance—advising insurance companies on structured credit and fixed income investments—she transitioned into entrepreneurship. She now operates a portfolio of hospitality and small business ventures in New York and Florida, while also leading a strategic consulting practice focused on finance, operations, and business growth for startups and established firms alike.
