Tezza is accelerating the discovery of cultured foods, starting with a new category of hard, aged cheese made from sustainable plants.

Josh is an entrepreneur in climate and sustainability. He is a Co-founder of Tezza Foods, which accelerates the discovery of fermented foods that can outcompete commodity animal products on both taste and cost. Prior to starting Tezza, Josh was a Partner at Petri, a life sciences venture fund, where he led the firm's efforts in climate. And lastly, Josh is a Founding Board Member of Homeworld Collective, which provides grant funding for ambitious research projects in climate biotech.
