Bethany Crystal is a leader in the NYC startup ecosystem and educational community who has worked on tech talent pipeline initiatives with NYC organizations (including Tech:NYC, CUNY, DYCD, and NYC Public Schools) since 2014. She works fractionally across emerging technology startups (including web3 and AI companies) and venture capital firms to deploy community initiatives, go-to-market strategies and strategic programs. She sits on the board of Comp Sci High, a charter high school in the South Bronx. Bethany is passionate about harnessing emerging technology to empower the next generation of learners and workers. Previously, Bethany was the network General Manager for Union Square Ventures, where she worked with the great teams within the portfolio to help empower all of their entrepreneurs to learn from each other and build better businesses.
