VA Loan Crash Course

Will Roberts (USNA-Marine-Wharton) will be hosting a VA Home Loan Crash Course at 12 PM on February 5, 2025. He’s also offered to cater lunch this year so bring your questions and your appetite!

Last year’s workshop was a hit and Will covered tons of helpful tips and tricks to maximize the VA loans coming out of school.

This year, Will will cover:
- Debunking common VA loan myths
- Recent updates to VA loans (no loan price cap, condo and mixed-use commercial purchases, renovation loans, construction loans, etc.)
- Understanding debt-to-income ratios for single-family and multi-family options
- A case study on buying a home
- General tips on how to make the most of this benefit
