SREC is pleased to invite you to attend a Real Estate Excel Modeling Training session to be held on campus Saturday, September 24th from 9am - 5pm, and Sunday, September 25th from 9am - 1pm. The session will be hosted by REFM, the leading real estate financial modeling training firm (www.getrefm.com).

This class is intended to prepare those interested in careers in real estate or private equity with real estate cash flow modeling and deal analysis skills. It will examine the intricacies of building an excel model for real estate assets, including how to model property level cash flows, how to use sensitivity tables during the analysis, and how to model JV partnerships and waterfall distributions.

The session will be offered in a 1-day and a 1.5-day format. Day 1 is intended for beginners and has two sessions: property level cash flows and sensitivity analysis. Day 2 is an advanced session in modeling equity JV partnerships and waterfall distributions.
