Dimpesh Darjee, Director, Northeast Investments, TH Real Estate

With 15 years of real estate experience, Dimpesh is responsible for acquisitions in the Northeast. Having joined the business in 2011, Dimpesh was a member of the Commercial Mortgage Origination team, and responsible for acquisitions in New York, prior to his current role.

During his tenure with the company, Dimpesh has led over 20 transactions representing in excess of $2bn. Notable transactions include acquisition of the Fort Point Portfolio in Boston, The Hub in Long Island City and several of the largest mortgage transactions in company history.
Prior to joining, he was Vice President of Capital Markets for O'Neill Property Group, a Vice President/Producer for Northmarq and a Business Analyst for Edison Properties.

Dimpesh is an alumnus of New York University's Stern School of Business at New York University and the London School of Economics.
