Please join CREFR and SREC for an Executive in Residence session with Daniel Rubin, CFO/COO of Halpern Real Estate Ventures.

Mr. Daniel Rubin is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Halpern Real Estate Ventures. Mr. Rubin has over 19 years of experience in principal investing, investment banking and restructuring, primarily in the real estate industry. Prior to Halpern Real Estate Ventures, Mr. Rubin was the founder and Managing Partner of Silverkey Capital, an independent real estate financial advisory and investment firm. Prior to that, Mr. Rubin advised and invested in several real estate operating companies, REITs and real estate investment firms on complex corporate finance transactions at various organizations including EdgeRock Realty Advisors, Lehman Brothers, and JEN Partners. Mr. Rubin started his career at Deloitte, first as an auditor and subsequently as a turnaround consultant. Mr. Rubin holds an M.B.A. degree in Finance from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business, an M.S. degree in Corporate Finance from University of Paris Creteil, and a B.S. degree in Accounting, Finance, and Corporate Taxation from University of Paris Dauphine. He successfully passed the French Advanced Accounting and Finance degree. Mr. Rubin is a member of the NYU Stern School of Business Alumni Council and Chair of its Finance Committee.
