Executive-in-Residence: David Moffitt, LibreMax Capital

Please join SREC and the Center for Real Estate Finance Research to hear from David Moffitt, Managing Director of LibreMax Capital, LLC as part of CREFR's ongoing executive-in-residence series. Lunch will be provided.

David Moffitt is a Managing Director at LibreMax Capital, LLC, a New York based asset management firm specializing in structured credit, where he is responsible for both tactical opportunity and special situations investing. The firm takes a diversified approach to credit investing across a variety of structured products including non-Agency RMBS, Consumer ABS, CMBS, CLOs, and CDOs.

Prior to LibreMax, David served as the Head of Asset Management at J.C. Flowers & Co, Founding Partner of Mead Park Management, Global Head of Securitization & Asset Finance at Morgan Stanley, in addition to other senior positions at many of the top banks on Wall Street.


David holds a J.D. from the Syracuse University College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. He also received his B.S. in Political Science and Government from Binghamton University.
