Jared Antin’s extensive career in the real estate industry encompasses significant experience in both development and brokerage. His innate ability and commitment have consistently elevated company and industry standards. Starting as a successful agent, Jared quickly emerged as a leadership figure, advancing through roles as Sales Manager and Director of Sales to his current position as Managing Director at Elegran | Forbes Global Properties. A key member of the Executive Leadership Team, Jared significantly influences the firm’s advancement and strategic direction. He has been recognized by Crain’s as one of New York City’s “Rising Stars” in the industry and as an Executive of the Month by NYREJ.
As Managing Director, Jared oversees strategy creation, integration, and execution across Elegran’s departments, focusing on operationalizing new business opportunities. He writes the market reports and is responsible for Elegran’s indexes, including the Leverage Index and Consumer Sentiment Index. His leadership facilitates collaboration among the Leadership Team, Staff, and Agents to enhance Elegran’s growth while maintaining a culture of collaboration, encouragement, and warmth. Jared’s deepest passion lies in motivating and supporting agents and nurturing relationships within the Elegran team and the broader real estate community.
Beyond his role at Elegran, Jared is a Strategic Advisor to three real-estate adjacent companies, supporting their initial launch, business development, and revenue growth strategies.
Jared holds a degree in Finance and Economics with a concentration in Real Estate from James Madison University. He resides in Bedford with his family and serves on the Town of Bedford’s Planning Board. In his leisure time, Jared enjoys golf, travel, and wine tasting.
