About Us

Showcase is for Sternies who want to express themselves. If you love to sing, dance or laugh, this is the club for you. From stand-up comedy, improv, a capella and rock n' roll, to variety acts, salsa, disco and, well, pretty much any dance act you can name, our purpose is to showcase the best of Stern talent and deliver light-hearted distraction from the serious business of academics and job hunting. In Fall 2021 and beyond, our programming will encompass a mixture of student-led and external events, taking in the very best of New York City, as guidance allows. Needless to say, you don't need to have appeared on SNL or had classical opera training to partake - just a passion for entertainment (whether watching or performing) and a zest for life!
