This special one night private equity seminar will feature (1) a 75 minute discussion on the anatomy of a private equity M&A deal, including structuring, the role of the acquisition agreement, financing, seller and buyer objectives and key terms and (2) a 75 minute case study on a hypothetical sale of a target company (a short summary of the hypothetical sale of ABC Furniture will be handed out for everyone to review during a 30 minute break) and analyzing what issues a seller and buyer would most care about and the best negotiating positions for the identified deal points.
