The foundation for a successful, satisfying career is knowing who you are and what you want. What talents and skills do you bring to the workplace? In what types of environments do you flourish? How do you define success? In this interactive session Sara Holtz will discuss the importance of gaining clarity around these questions and then applying the answers to your job and career.

Info about the speaker:
Sara Holtz hosts the Advice to My Younger Me podcast, which draws on the wisdom of experienced women to help younger professional women achieve career success. Prior to launching the podcast, Sara founded ClientFocus, a company that trained and coached women partners from leading law firms to help them grow their practices. She is the author of Bringin' in the Rain: A Woman Lawyer's Guide to Business Development and is working on a new book, a roadmap for career success based on the wisdom of 100 successful women called It’s Your Career: Own It! Prior to founding ClientFocus, Sara was a lawyer in private practice and the government and a C-suite executive at a Fortune 500 company. She graduated from Harvard Law School and Yale College in the first class of women at the school.
