Dear MENA Community,
We hope your summer is filled with growth, rest, and new adventures, whether you’re deep in internships, reconnecting with family, or enjoying time here in New York. Wherever you are, we’re thinking of you and reflecting on the incredible community we’ve built together over the past year.
This past weekend, the NYU Stern MENA Club had the privilege of hosting a summer dinner to welcome the NYU Abu Dhabi MBA students spending the term in New York. Over a shared table at Fattoush in Midtown, we brought together students from both campuses for an evening that felt like a true family gathering: one filled with laughter, connection, and of course, phenomenal food.
More than just a dinner, the evening marked an important step in deepening cross-campus ties and living out the spirit of One NYU. As NYUAD’s MBA program continues to grow and evolve, we’re excited about the future this connection represents: more shared events in New York, and hopefully one day, even opportunities to gather in Abu Dhabi.
Thank you to our friends at NYUAD for their collaboration, to Fattoush for the warm hospitality, and to everyone who joined us for making the night so memorable. Between mezze, mixed grills, and meaningful conversations, it reminded us of the unique strength of this community, rooted in shared culture, curiosity, and a global outlook.

For those still in the city, we look forward to more informal meetups before the summer ends.
Wishing you all a wonderful rest of summer and we can’t wait to see you again this fall.
Warmly,
The NYU Stern MENA Club Board
