Join us for a brand new AHBBS event in celebration of Black History Month!
FREE Dance Workshop hosted at Stern
In celebration of Black History Month, the Association of Hispanic and Black Business Students (AHBBS) is sponsoring an exciting dance workshop in partnership with Ailey's Arts In Education & Community Programs Teaching Artists.
Ailey’s instructors will take participants through a routine inspired by the history of different dance forms as they have developed throughout the African Diaspora. These will include West African, jazz, hip hop and other dance forms.
The event will take place Wednesday, February 23rd at 6pm in KMC UC 100 (beer blast room).
Please wear comfortable clothes and footwear. Shoes without too much drag against a hard floor would be ideal. Drinks and snacks will be served after the dance class.
