**Once a ticket is purchased, attendees should register for the individual events (listed on Campus Groups) they plan to attend. 

Tech Week is the annual flagship technology event hosted by the Stern Technology Association at NYU Stern School of Business. The week is a conversation between MBA students and tech industry leaders about the challenges, trends, and innovations in the industry.

Sessions will span trends in technology and career opportunities. Our goal is to help MBA's understand what is happening in the industry and where they can create value. Throughout the week, students will learn about the key skills they can develop at Stern to successful in the tech industry. 

**Attendees must purchase a ticket to Tech Week in order to attend the sessions throughout the week. Current Stern MBA students, Stern alumni, students from other New York business schools, and other NYU students are all invited.

Come learn about the careers of four seasoned professionals from different areas of FinTech, including banking, financial data analysis and security, and more. The panel will be moderated by Professor Sabrina Howell, who focuses on FinTech and Entrepreneurial Finance. Panelists will discuss their own backgrounds, career opportunities, and industry trends. There will be a short Q&A session following the panel. Breakfast will be served.

Mastering Business in the Age of AI with IBM - Tech Week Ticket Holders Only

AI is changing the way industries and companies do business. It has helped doctors diagnose cancer, customer support agents focus on important issues, and Wimbledon enrich the fan experience. As an MBA, it is important to understand how the technology works, what is possible and what is not, and how much data it takes to implement an AI solution.

IBM's Jorge Malibran, an Associate Partner with the Advanced Analytics Center of Competency, will talk to us about how he thinks AI can help his clients and what they need to understand about products such as IBM's Watson before, during, and after implementation.
