Forget your NYU ID and need to access buildings on campus? Create a digital day pass for entrance into buildings without an ID (valid for 24 hours).
Please note: this feature is available to community members with a valid NYU ID.
The Digital Day Pass is free for students for the first three (3) uses per academic semester. After the first three uses, the pass can be purchased for $10 per use. The fee will be added to the student's Bursar bill. Otherwise, please please visit the Card Center at your earliest convenience to obtain a new card.
If you are expecting external (non-NYU) guests or visitors for a club event, please follow the instructions below.
For events with external guests (speakers, attendees, etc.), clubs are responsible for sponsoring guests in JRNY. All guests need to be entered into the system with KMC, Shimkin and Tisch Hall selected.
Additionally, you will need to send OSE a list of all of your external guests in order to create a security memo per the policy from our COO. This needs to be sent to OSE two business days before your event. If you do not follow these policies your club may not be eligible to host guests in the future.
